Individual approach to every matter
We negotiate the amount of remuneration for the legal services provided with each client individually - taking into account the complexity of the case, the scope of the required actions and the time required.
Our goal is to offer a fair and transparent pricing structure. Before we start working together, you will receive a clear proposal for compensation that will suit your situation.
Hourly rate
The price for our services is contractual within the meaning of Section 3 of the Ministry of Justice Decree No. 177/1996 Coll., Attorney's Tariff. We negotiate the amount of our fee with each client individually, taking into account the complexity of the case, the scope of the requested services and taking into account other aspects, especially the client's capabilities.
We would like to point out that in the case of exceptionally difficult matters, in the case of providing services in English, or in the case of a request for express provision of legal services, we are entitled to charge a higher rate according to the attorney's tariff, of which the client will be informed in advance.
Approximate hourly rate 2,500 CZK/hour *
* The price is stated without VAT. Before concluding a mandate contract, we will present the client, in the position of a consumer, with a complete price offer, including taxes and fees, for their overview and transparency.
Operation rate
Indicative fee for drafting a purchase contract with legal custody of funds and documents, representation in the cadastral proceedings and verification of the authenticity of signatures
Indicative operating rate from 15,000 CZK/hour **
** The price is stated without VAT and out-of-pocket costs such as the price for title deeds, administrative fees, etc. Before concluding a mandate contract, we will present the client in the position of a consumer with a complete price offer, including taxes and fees, for their overview and transparency.

Consumer information
If a client requests us to provide services related to his personal matters (i.e. not matters related to his business activities), he is in the position of a consumer towards our office. Therefore, in accordance with legal regulations, we hereby clearly inform these clients of some aspects of the relationship between us:

our prices are contractual and our quote will be presented to you before the services are provided,

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, it is your consumer right to complain about these services, i.e. to point out to us what you think we are not doing correctly. We are obliged to respond to such a complaint within 30 days and, taking into account the nature of the service provided, in the event of an error, we will either supply what is missing, correct the deficiencies or provide you with a discount on the agreed fee,

Our supervisory authority is the Czech Bar Association (www.cak.cz). You can contact this body with a request for out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute with our office.
All further information will be provided to the consumer before the conclusion of the mandate agreement itself, i.e. the relationship between us, on the basis of which we are obliged to help you with your matter.
